Hey there migdalia87,

What you describe sounds like it may be a notification or other alert for a third-party app installed on your device. To see if this is the case, you can go into Settings > Notifications on your iPhone, and go through each app listed to see what apps have them enabled. If you are unable to determine where the sound is coming from based on that, we suggest the following steps to isolate which app the sound is originating from:

  1. Turn off Notifications for all apps: Use notifications on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
  2. Turn Notifications back on, one at a time.
  3. Allow time in between enabling apps to see if the alert appears. If not, enable Notifications for the next app, continuing until the alert does play.

Once the alert plays, you will know that it is coming from the last app you enabled Notifications for. You can then choose to change the alert sound, or to keep alerts for that app off.

Don't hesitate to respond back if you need some additional help.
