Netzero email

I keep getting an error message on my phone saying that I need a password for my email. There is a password in settings. I reset the password and it still says that there is no password. It seems like it’s a Apple phone issue, not by email.

Is that what netzero support told you when you reported the issue about their email account? Apple doesn't need the password to access the email account, netzero does.
