I'm trying to cancel MagellanTV Documentaries subscription, there seems to be a Catch-22

I want to cancel my MagellanTv Documentaries subscription. Sounds so easy but how?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.1

If there's no option to cancel, that generally means it has already been cancelled. Does it say something like, "Expires Feb 17, 2023"? If so, that means it has been cancelled. re


Are you sure you're logging in under the right Apple ID?


I would suggest contacting Apple Support, though. There should be contact information on either the email or in the article linked to above.

I received an email from Apple with the following: ("Starting Feb 17, 2023, your subscription automatically renews for

$17.99/3 months. To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least a day before each renewal date")

Cancel a subscription on your Mac


  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Click your name. If you can't find your name, click Sign In.
  3. Click Account Settings.
  4. Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.

I've tried several approaches to this site and, as you can see, there is no option to cancel. What have I missed? Thank you, dale
