Paramount+ streaming not working

I am subscribed to Apple One and I subscribed to the trial for Paramount+ so I am in the trial period.

I am trying to watch Dexter on my Macbook Pro in the Apple TV app, the movie starts and I can see the initial Paramount+ intro for 6 seconds and then streaming doesn't start, it just hangs. I tried rebooting, reloading, logging in again, different DNS with no joy, same result every time, I can see the first 6 seconds with the ad for Paramount+

I am located in Switzerland if that matters.

What can I do?

If you started this subscription from the in-app Channel in the Apple TV app, then contact the Apple Media Services staff for assistance.

If you started this subscription with the content provider directly, on the web or in their app, then contact the content provider about it.
