How do you sync blocked contacts on Phone and Mac? Messages come on in my Mac that I have blocked on my phone

Sorry I'm no expert on this ... however Apple Support have articles that can help.

Seems you would first need to check the contacts are blocked in the different apps on a device: Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone or iPad

Then you would need to ensure you are syncing that data between Phone and Mac.

Eg: Either sync apps with iCloud, or sync directly between the Phone and Mac:

Sync contacts and calendars onto your Mac and iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Sync iPhone to Mac:

Sync content or transfer files between your iPhone and computer with the Finder or iTunes - Apple Support
