My 3 year old watch is dying after a couple of hours, can this be fixed?

My 3 year old series 5 Apple Watch’s battery time has been getting shorter and shorter over the last few months and is now shutting down after a few hours. Can this be fixed?

Series 3 Apple Watch keeps shutting off I had never had any problem with my Apple Watch (Series 3) since I bought it in April 2020, but for the past 11 days it has kept shutting off by itself, up to 30 times a day and whether I am running, swimming or doing nothing… I have tried everything (update, erase, unpair, …). I see many people have the same issue but so far nothing seems to really work to fix this from what I can read... Has anyone actually been able to fix this?

My 2 year old apple watch has suddenly started to drain the battery very quickly Up until 2 days ago my watch was behaving normally. I charge it in the evening and put it one when I go to bed. It is generally showing 100% charge or very close to it when I put it on. Yesterday however it ran out of charge early in the afternoon and shut down. Today it shut down late morning. I had checked last night before putting it on and found it was fully charged. I have checked and found that it is still covered by Apple Care (for the next month). I could take it to the Apple store this weekend. However, is there something I should try first? I would like to save 2 trips to the store if I can fix it first!

Apple Watch Series 2 My watch shuts down while I am out walking and sometimes just around the house. The battery is not run down. I put it on the charger (I take it off after about 5 mins and it is fully charged) and it starts up again and works for just a short time. Incidentally, I lose my tracking information.
