tv is on apple tv is on (th white spot shows white but nothing on screen

apple tv turns on but Tv keeps showing no signal..have tried three different HDMI cables from apple tv module to tv HDMI ....not getting an apple tv picture

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 16

  1. Verify that the TV is set to take input from the HDMI port to which the box is connected.
  2. If this Apple TV box was previously hooked up to a different screen, then the video settings may not be valid for the current screen. To resolve that, use the button combination as detailed in step 5 in the linked article.
