MS no longer supports or provides Word for that version of Mac OS X.

Your options are upgrade to Big Sur or newer and then purchase MS Word standalone or subscribe to Office 365... OR use an Office compatible software such as LibreOffice. (free)

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, click here, and if your MacBook Pro is recent enough, then on the download link for Big Sur or higher. Alternatively, use a product such as LibreOffice instead.

Catalina and higher won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 as well as using the first link above.
