Are you referring to AirPlay Screen Mirroring? For other mirroring protocols, this Apple forum may not be the right place.

What do you mean “removed”? The available devices to stream to using AirPlay, are live discovery: what is available in that location at that time. Nothing gets added or removed, unless settings change on the receiving device to enable or disable AirPlay for that device. Or if the network connectivity changes.

Do you have the Apple TV box to stream to, connected to these TVs? If so, which models?

Do you have a Roku streaming device connected to these TVs? If so, which models?

Else are these TVs AirPlay-enabled by themselves from the factory? If so, which models?

AirPlay has to be set to active on the receiving device.

From what Apple device are your trying to stream using AirPlay?

What type of content, and from which app/content provider, are you trying to stream using AirPlay?

Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror the screen of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Some content providers stream in formats not compatible with AirPlay. Some content providers may actively block AirPlay. Some content providers may choose to have minimum system requirements for the receiving device (possibly selectable but not functional). See the AirPlay compatibility listing on the websites of each content provider.
