Beats fit pro x Kim won’t pair or factory reset

is there any other tips and tricks to pair my new beats with my iPhone? I’ve watch YouTube videos, searched online. I am unable to factory reset regardless of how long I hold the button the red flash does not appear. Please help I was so excited for these.
