Problem with App Store login
after giving id and password several time I am facing this problem

When you get that message on your screen, tap Review to sign in, then review your account information.
Click Review repeatedly.
Some people have only had a response after a second or subsequent click.
Try to download a free app at the App Store.
For example try to download this (is an free app).
Log in at appleid.apple.com and make sure you have payment information stored there.

Confused on what to do. I try to log in to the App Store and I am caught (in what appears to be a loop). I receive the message noted above but then it references iTunes Store. I try to log into the iTunes and I get the above message again. I set up a payment account as noted in previous suggestion. I have tried “many” times and have refreshed passwords many times with no joy! HELP
but then it references iTunes Store.
