My iPhone keeps changing the wallpaper since IOS 16

Ever since IOS 16 was released, my default wallpaper changes on bad weather days to Apple's live weather wallpaper showing the rain. I called in today and spoke to 2 Apple techs that were clueless of the issue. I kept asking for them to review the similar Apple discussions here, but no luck, they just ignored my requests even though I wanted to share the Apple discussions. All they could show me is how to change it back.

I only have 1 personal photo wallpaper uploaded. The Apple weather wallpaper is part of the operating system. Coincidentally the wallpaper only changes when it rains to weather wallpaper. There must be a weather default within that live wallpaper. But Apple needs to fix this issue or remove the Weather Wallpaper that came on IOS 16.

Also read the discussions on the same issue and don't make customers feel like they are the only ones having the issue.

Has anyone found a fix for this issue?
