Predictive Text Bar and Disabling It

When I’m using my iPad to message on Telegram (not sure if this happens in other apps, but most likely) and dismiss the keyboard to send a sticker, this little bar pops up. Sometimes it’s blank, and sometimes it’s populated with my predictive text suggestions. Is there a way I can disable this? I don’t need to use it, so it’s just acting as a waste of space on the bottom of my screen.

However, it seems to be fully integrated with the previous predictive text feature (bar on top of the keyboard). would love to be able to toggle it on and off as a separate feature. Keyboard covering text field when trying to draft message. The keyboard covers my text field while typing on Facebook Messenger on my iPad. I can hit the down arrow to see the text field but as soon as I start typing the keyboard pops up from the bottom and completely covers my text field.

How to turn off Black Suggestion Box - Predictive Text I love predictive text, but lately, in addition to the normal text selections, there is now a black box above those suggestions, which is making different suggestions. See the attached screen shote. I would like to turn off that black box, while keeping predictive text. Anyone know how to do that/
