Siri not responding

Why does my Siri never answer me anymore or either takes long to answer me and responds with "one sec"??? How can I fix that immediately Siri is very convenient to use I'd love to get it back working. None of my questions ever go through anymore it's like Siri doesn't pick up information anymore.

Connecting to Wifi is the first part and then getting connected to the Internet is the second

If you connect to Wifi, doesn't necessarily mean you are connected to the internet. If you are not connected to wifi could be a problem with iPhone settings or Router/Modem Settings
If you are not connected to the internet is the sole issue of Router / Modem Settings. Contact your ISP immediately

For your Internet connection.

Over Cellular: contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider). The agency who issued the SIM to you
Over WiFI: Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider), the agency who provided the Internet Service on your Modem/Router to you

There are many commands which Siri fetches from the net, which still require you to be online. Please see the pic below

However, the Commands like Hey Siri, open the App Store, or the open Message App will still work when you are offline.
