We'll be glad to help you out with your backup. Per the screenshot, it doesn't appear that the backup has failed. It appears that you do not have the mentioned apps set to back up. To enable them, you'll need to go to iCloud settings as outlined in the message, then enable all apps you'd like to include. To do that, go to Settings > Tap Account > iCloud > Show All under "Apps using iCloud". From there, you'll want to ensure the toggle beside any apps you'd like to include in a backup show enabled (green toggle). If you are concerned about Photos specifically, you'll want to tap Photos in that screen > Sync this iPhone.
