Data is not working when moving in /out from No-network/Low -Network to full network

I am facing issue on data is not working when moving in/out from No-network/Low -Network to full network..

On 15.6. IOS and iPhone 7 .. i was thinking this will be a network issue and ignoring

however i am seeing the same issue on iPhone 14 pro max....

details of phone and OS version

iPhone 7... 15.6 IOS 15.2/06 IOS

iPhone 14 pro max - 16.1 IOS

SIM CARD - (e-sim- Vi- 4G-IND)

The cellular data network is monitored by your Carrier. There is no setting on an iPhone to change from No-network/Low -Network to full network..

Contact your Carrier and seek help.
