Apparent message and immediate opt out of a group chat

Family member of mine found it strange that I seemingly messaged her and then subsequently left a group chat that I am a part of even though I didn’t have any way of messaging or even accessing my phone(for reasons I will not disclose), the issue is that, my phone number seemingly isn’t able to send or receive messages(“Send and Receive” show no usable addresses outside of my Apple ID and my Google Account)

in addition to this, I want to verify my phone number again so that I can send and receive messages, how can I do that?

Well, like I explained in the post my phone number just disappeared from the Send and Receive(I send and receive messages from my phone number), although I’ve got this weird hunch that my carrier accidentally shut off my line(for one reason or another)
