Iphone is disconnectig my bose quietconfort II earbuds

After updating my iPhone 13 to latest iOS version software 16.3 my Bose QuietComfort lost Bluetooth connection.

After 2 o 3 minutes playing musing with Spotify. it is very weird because if I connect my Bose

QuietComfort to my apple watch series 7 it keeps connected without any problem. It just happens with my iPhone 13 what is so frustrating.

If I tied to tap on Bose icon on Bluetooth connection, the iPhone tells me it cannot connect to Bose earbuds again, please forget device and try it again, but I did this as many time as it

gets disconnected and nothing is solved, I also updated the firmware of Bose

earbuds but nothing it seems is related to issue on iPhone Bluetooth drivers.

I tried to connect my Bose to other devises and no issues either, the issue is just with my iPhone :(

Hey there Luis_saav,

As other devices, including a different iPhone, work without any issues, the issue lies with your iPhone 13. Since you also mentioned this began after iOS 16.3 was installed, that could be the reason why as that's a beta version.

Since you’re using beta, we recommend submitting feedback using the included Feedback assistant. Betas are meant to be test environments for potential upcoming releases, and may cause unexpected behavior such as what you’re experiencing.

If you'd like to continue moving forward with troubleshooting this, you can install the latest official iOS version with these steps: How to uninstall iOS or iPadOS beta software

Cheers!
