Apple Business Connect

I previously on Maps Connect had over 100 businesses I managed profiles for. With the update to Apple Business Connect - it made me re-register my business and has none of my locations in my account. This has happened to everyone on my Team for my agency. Anyone else experience this?

We havent been able to access support in a week. It is like they shut off the ability to reach out to someone via the ABC dashboard. When we tried emailing directly to bc-support@applemaps.com, the email bounces. Its like they launched this and then walked away. I dont know whats going on but its very frustrating as an agency

This has happened within my agency.

Over 200 locations across 11 clients , none of them have transferred over from Apple Register to Apple Business Connect, despite all being verified.


Raised a support ticket 9 days ago….no response. Sent a follow up yesterday, hoping to hear back this week.


Are you US based , we are in the UK

I'm struggling with adding a second business to my Apple Business Connect and the support articles are useless, but can't find the right pathway for support from Apple either. I also work for an agency, but we're based in Canada. I just want to follow along on this thread if you have had any progress here.
