iPhone 14 Pro randomly shuts down

Last night put my iPhone 14 Pro on the charger and woke up to it turned off. I got it restarted after several tries. Read on this forum there is an issue with them randomly shutting down and one user said iOS 16.3 seemed to fix this issue. How does someone get this update? It doesn’t show up in the software update section. It says my phone is up to date with iOS 16.2.
