No one here could possibly know. You are not speaking with anyone from Apple on this user to user only forum. As only users, none of whom work for Apple we have no knowledge of anything Apple may release in the future. And Apple rarely, if ever, announces what they're working on. If they ever release an Ultra Watch in Black, you'll find out the same time the rest of the world does.
