Confirm That You're Not A Robot

1. Open Safari.
2. Click Safari > Preferences > Extensions.
3. In the sidebar, select the Check Robotics extension and click Uninstall.
4. Now click Websites > Notifications.
5. Select CheckRobotics.com and click the Remove button.

Evidently you allowed a website to send Safari Notifications. Your automatic, instinctual reaction to such a solicitation ought to be "just say no."

You can fix it by deleting that website's entry in Safari's Notifications. Refer to Customize website notifications in Safari on Mac - Apple Support.
