Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We see you have some questions about setting your Mac up, and accessing settings, and we'd like to help. Was the Mac set up by an organization or family member? Is that why you can't accept the settings?

If not, and you're just not able to get to your settings, but should be able to, try restarting your Mac, and let us know if that helps: Shut down or restart your Mac

New iCloud Session:

Are you logged in as a user? If so, sign out of iCloud, and then sign back in.
