Is there any way possible to move "home" folders like, downloads, music, pictures and movies to iCloud Drive, just like the system does to Desktop and Documents?

You can check mark the boxes of them in finder > sidebar Change preferences in the Finder on Mac - Apple Support

You can drag the contents into the iCloud Drive folder if you wish.
