About a week ago whenever I get a notification and Siri reads it out to me she sounds muffled/robotic and can barely hear what she says. If I ask her something the deep voice robotic siri responds then half way through the response her voice changes. My current iOS version is 16.1.1.

In order to best determine what may be causing your Siri issue, could you please first update your iPhone to the latest iOS version using these steps: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
After updating, do you experience this same issue? If so, is it happening when using Wi-Fi, cellular data, or both?
This info will help narrow down what may be happening and what options you have.
