Issue verifying my student status for Apple Music subscription

I have problems verifying my student Apple Music data, I have had the account for a year, I tried to contact UNiDays technical support but you could not help me, they sent me with you, help please

Apple Music Student Verification I've had Apple Music student account for the past few years now and each year I have to reverify my status which cool totally get that usually no problems. However, this year I've reverified like over 50 times now. For the past week every single time I open the Apple Music on my phone or Mac it asks me to reverify and I follow all the steps and I even get the notification on Apple Music that says I've been verified for another year and I can keep listening only for it to ask me AGAIN to reverify the next time I go into the app... why is this happening? It's getting annoying and there's also a countdown everyday that says "you have 6 days left" "you have 5 days left" "you have 4 days left" I just want to make sure I don't get charged for the full price subscription when I'm still a student and have verified my account MULTIPLE times!
