How to use credit card point

This is very likely what you can do. You have accumulated points on your Chase Visa. Check the redemption options. You will likely see something like this.

You may use your points to purchase an Apple Gift Card. Then redeem that Gift Card as follows:

Then you may use your Apple Account balance, which includes the redeemed Gift Card value, toward your iPhone purchase.

When making a purchase from the Apple website, there is not an option for credit card points. You are able to pay with a credit card or using PayPal. If you were instructed to use points for the purchase, try reaching back out to your credit card support team. They will have the best options for a resolution.
