Hello apple

my name is Mk smalldoctor from uganda i have a problem with my  id its saying that apple id is disabled on appstore and itunes.

Kindly help me fix this problem because i don't know how it came

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
