Can’t sign in for Apple TV

It has been a few months since I watched Apple TV. When I went onto it it brought up sign in or sign up. Since I don’t know how to use the scan, I opted to go to activate.apple,com and enter the code. I did this a few times with a few different codes and each time I was told the code was incorrect. Now I’ve been paying for this Apple TV for six months waiting for my shows to come back on. Apparently I can’t even get on it. Can somebody help me. I even change my password But I can get in that way anyway.

okay I was able to scan and sign in. And then it changed to Netwerk unavailable they were errors with this connection wait a moment and try again and so every few minutes I hit reload but nothing happens. I think I’m going to have to cancel it.

I also have a Samsung, BUT I don't use the app. I use an AppleTV box. The rep I spoke with said she wasn't able to log in from home (she said her husband tried for her) and I was not able to log in from my MacBook Pro either. I am on my way to work but I hope that it will be resolved before I get home. I can't imagine it won't be as I also wasn't able to access the store and you know that won't go on for long.


ETA I can watch from my MacBook so it should be good.
