Apple TV+ has disappeared

I had Apple TV+ that shows in my subscriptions expiring April 7, 2023. Now it is gone from my iPhone 8 w/iOS 15.7. How do I get it back? The answer is not upgrade the iPhone to IOS 16. If I do that I get no sound while streaming.
