Expired student Apple TV plus with active student Apple Music

I have had and been paying for Apple Music student since 2021. It is now 2023 and I have had it for 2 out of the allowed 4 years. I originally had Apple TV plus included with my subscription, and now it has disappeared. Again, my Apple Music subscription did not expire and is working, but the Apple TV plus stopped working on all devices. Changing wifi, restarting, and logging out and back in again did not fix the issue. Apple’s website it vague and says “Apple TV+ for a limited time”. What does limited time mean and did mine expire? Did the terms of service spontaneously change?

If you have been verified this academic year to still be a student under the UNiDAYS rules, with an Apple ID account set for a country where both services are available, then you should still be eligible for the free bundle add-on (when used less than the 48 months). Then contact Apple Support for assistance.

for a limited time

For a limited time means that Apple reserves the right to make changes to the promotion in the future. No end date has been defined yet, but that doesn't mean the promotion is perpetual. It is legal speak to not have a never-ending contract.
