iDevices not using the client certificate pushed from MDM

We using MDM to push client certificate to iDevices and using the client certificate for the proxy internet, but iDevices showing our proxy not-trusted connection, how to check the safari is using what client certificate?

Is safari v17.2 on a M1 MacBook Pro using TLSv1 to issue a fetch request to the server? I use Safari v17.2 on a Macbook Pro M1 running Sonoma 14.2. It seems it is using TLS1.0 when attempting a fetch command to the web server in the same system. I get tons of SSL server complaints. This sounds incredible but I am almost certain that it is happening. How can I verify that?

How do I correct websites' "certificate is not standards compliant"? Recently many websites I visit using Safari are giving me the "This Connection is Not Private" message. When I click "Show Details" then "view the certificate" I get a window saying the website's "certificate is not standards compliant". when I click on "Trust" the window opens further to show something like this: I can click through to the websites but would rather stop getting these messages. Can anyone point me toward a solution? Thanks!

You should reach out to your MDM vendor. This sounds like either a configuration issue with the cert itself, or an issue with deployment from the MDM.
