If I have google one and pay a monthly fee, why am I also paying a monthly fee for gmail and google photos?

I have a recurring google one script that I THOUGHT covered my gmail and my google photos…… but I’m seeing I am being charged for gmail and google phtotos subscriptions also. How can I fix this? Or did I mis understand something? I thought with google one and 2tb of storage covered ALL of google services? That’s how it comes across in google one, so why am I also being billed a monthly charge for google photos and gmail on top of my Google One monthly fee? Can anyone clarify or explain how to fix it or some advise?
