Same here. I tried making an iPhone 14 purchase through Apple and when I checked out I saw the option to use Citizen One to pay off phone within 24 months instead of paying full price up front. So I applied and got denied with Citizen One but have this charge of $66.26 with Citizen One. I contacted Apple specialist and they were useless! Even though they partenered with Citizen One, Apple couldnt help me and asked to call Citizen One directly at 1-888-427-9671. Didnt call them yet but its frustrating to try to figure this out. If I was denied then whats up with this charge! Nothing should of came through….very unhappy!
