Hello pasinduwar,

To help us better assist you, can you let us know if you're receiving a specific error or message on your device when this issue happens? For example, does your device show a "Searching" or "No Service" error?

If your device shows a "Searching" or "No Service" error, please check out this link, which explains what to do in that situation, and may help: If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad

"Check your coverage area

  • Make sure that you're in an area with cellular network coverage.
  • Turn cellular data off and then back on again. Go to Settings, then tap Cellular or Mobile Data. If you're using an iPad, you might see Settings > Cellular Data.
  • If you're traveling internationally, make sure that your device is set up for data roaming. Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Data Roaming."

Thanks!

iPhone 14 running IOS 16.3

In New Mexico, using AT&T

I generally use WhatsApp to talk to F&F but was trying to place a cell phone call today and it immediately failed.

Calls to my phone also failed immediately.

I am at home. My wife has an iPhone 14Pro and her calls were working.

I finally read Community and followed the advice to reboot the iPhone. That certainly worked but I feel very vulnerable in that I seem to risk missing all inbound calls for a period of time.

Is it really a carrier problem? It doesn't seem like it.
