Mac screen is black and touch bar is not responding
I think my MacBook brightness is off which the screen now is black, but my touch bar is not responding, what can I do??

You do not say what exact Mac...?
If Intel resetting the SMC Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
and see if your Touchbar comes back.
