Hendrix Songs missing from Library on my phone and I pad

Why are jimi hendrix songs that I bought on ITunes years ago , now saying not available in my country or region now. Specifically several songs off of Band of Gypsies

It appears that the only version in the store is the 50th anniversary album. If you did not download the music to your device for posterity, it is likely inaccessible as it appears to no longer be for sale. However, you should try Redownload music - Apple Support

I did try the "redownload music" in the Itunes store, and unfortunately it doesn't even show up there at all , as if I never purchased it before. Thanks for the tip just the same!
