On an Intel Mac the best you can do is—
reset the SMC Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support see the detail for Intel
reset the NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
if no resolve it points to a hardware issue:
Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
