My iCloud photo syncing seems to be stuck. How do I get it to complete?

My photos have been stuck syncing the last 197 to iCloud. How do I get it to finish?

Hello minouye,

If your iCloud sync has become stuck, you'll want to begin by restarting your device.

Restart your iPhone

Also, in Settings > Battery, make sure the Low Power Mode option is not currently turned on.

Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone or iPad

If the sync still won't progress, then you'll want to try refreshing the iCloud connection. Go to Settings > name at the top > iCloud > Photos, and turn the iCloud Photos option off. Wait a few seconds then turn it back on. After that, give it some time and see if the sync is able to finish.
