Hello! I would like to know if have a usbc to lighting cable and a 20W adapter, will hurt my iphone 11 battery life in any way. I've seen on the internet many people saying using one will hurt the battery health and instead i should use a 5w one.

Thank you so much!!!I am very scared, because it is my first apple product and i dont want to damage the battery health and keep it 100% for how much time i can. I already lost the 5W adaptor and i thought using the 20W will affect the battery health in some way.
