Hello! I would like to know if have a usbc to lighting cable and a 20W adapter, will hurt my iphone 11 battery life in any way. I've seen on the internet many people saying using one will hurt the battery health and instead i should use a 5w one.

Your iPhone 11, and the iOS software installed on it, will manage the charging capacity and process on your iPhone. You can safely use an Apple approved 20W charger for your iPhone 11. It will not hurt your battery health.

Thank you so much!!!I am very scared, because it is my first apple product and i dont want to damage the battery health and keep it 100% for how much time i can. I already lost the 5W adaptor and i thought using the 20W will affect the battery health in some way.
