Apple ID and subscriptions under different email

I got a new phone and can’t access my iTunes and am still being charged for an iTunes and Google subscription. My Apple ID is a gmail account, but my subscriptions are listed under an outlook account. I have requested refunds on the subscriptions but would like help on how to change the subscriptions email address.

iPhone 14, iOS 16

Hey there giana521,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. If the subscriptions are listed under a different Apple ID, you'll need to cancel the subscriptions on that Apple ID, and then resubscribe using your current Apple ID.

For steps on how to cancel subscriptions, check out this link here: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

How to cancel a subscription on your iPhone or iPad
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

If you can't find the subscription that you want to cancel

Let us know if that's able to help.

Take care!
