I’m having a hard time updating my payment method
I need to remove a card I don’t have, and it’s asking for new card info and I’m also trying to remove the subscription

- Ongoing subscriptions and Family Sharing organizers must always have a payment method present. To edit the cards used for those you may need to first add the new card and make it the primary payment method before removing the old card (see: If you need to change or update your Apple ID payment method - Apple Support ).

Notes:
• You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew. An "Expires" date (instead of "Renews") means the current subscription will just run until then. "Resubscribe" is just in case you change your mind about having it end.
• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.
• If you don’t cancel trials more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew.
• If you don't have an Apple device, see the options near the bottom of the support document.

So basically you can't remove all cards until all your subscriptions have not only been canceled but also expired. If you really must have the subscription end now, contact Apple.
