How do I change my MacBook Air's operating system from Mac OS Big Sur 11.5.2 to Mac OS Big Sur version 11.7.2? I would like to transfer my financial data from a desktop and the operating system needs to be compatible.

There are instructions for using Software update, which is the easier choice,
or
Instructions are provided for installing updates from the App Store.
(There is also link to Big Sur updates in the App Store.
Once there, there is a "Get" button for downloading Big Sur 11.7.2)
