iPhone 14 not sending pics or receiving pics from android

Just updated to the 14 pro max. Is any one else not able to send pics or receive them from android users? Any fixes known?

Receiving/sending pics to Android users requires MMS, administered by your cellular carrier.

MMS requires both the following:

Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging = “on”
Permission from your cellular carrier to use MMS under your plan. This may cost extra.
