I lost my email connection for my iphone 12.

I lost my email connection for my iPhone 12. I have tried all the prompts online, went to the Xfinity store and spoke with a tech, was referred to a security number to call, and worked with tech for over an hour on the phone and we could not resolve the issue. I have now spent over 6 hours trying to fix the issue and can no longer do it. I would like to make an appointment to have some hands-on help. I am 74 and not as techy as I used to be. Things keep changing and it is much harder to repair issues. Please help me.
