There is a security breach. My younger brother can open with my face lock. It’s not secured. It’s very disappointment as an iPhone user. I would like to hear from you to solve this issue. I have tried almost all the options that I can.

If you both are sitting in the same room and trying to open the device, then the chances of you facing the device for even a fraction of a second may open the device. Also, check if you have set up an alternative FaceID, remove it.
The way I see it, Face ID is going to be used everywhere in the future. Now many Airports use Face ID for boarding into Aircraft instead of scanning the boarding pass. During an immigration process also Face ID is being used.
It can't be as easy as you describe it. There is something that is amiss here.

It cannot happen even if we are in the same room or not. If Apple iOS provides the best security system how another person can unlock the phone using his face while my face ID is there? Our 2 younger brothers can open my phone and my elder brother's phone. This is the fault of the iOS system and you mentioned using a passcode if I am facing face ID issues.
