Can't connect to Zoho server

I have used both my actual email address for my apple id and the relay one which is used in zoho at bost times i get this message. what exactly do i do. Kindly help. Searching online was of no help... TIA

I’ve tried adding a server but it tells me my details are incorrect - even though it signed me in when I reinstalled the account so the email and password must be correct- I’m losing faith in apple. site can't be reached Our internet co. was taken over by Zito on October 1, 2022. Since that time I have been only very sporadically, able to connect my two business emails to roundcube and or webmail. I get a message saying "site cannot be reached" and "altapassorchard.org refused to connect." this is when I am on my MacBook. When I do same from my iPhone (which uses verizon) I have no problem connecting. After repeated calls and emails to Zito, I am now told to call and since I don't use their modem, they will have me ping the server. I have no idea what I'm doing. any guidance?
