I have a subscription for R49.99 that I can't cancel, it's been a year now.. it's written ITunes

If you have followed all these steps to cancel your subscription:


  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.


And you cannot cancel it, Contact - Official Apple Support for further support on this issue

Notes:

• You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew. An "Expires" date (instead of "Renews") means the current subscription will just run until then. "Resubscribe" is just in case you change your mind about having it end.

• Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

• If you don’t cancel trials more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew.

• If you don't have an Apple device, see the options near the bottom of the support document.
