USB ports disconnecting (trash can) My Mac Pro 6.1 USB ports keeps disconnecting by it self. I realize that this happens only when am working in FCPX. Usually when am moving the play head back and forth and adding transitions. Lately, It happens very often and requires system shutdown if want to use the USB ports. I connect my Apple wired keyboard to the Mac so this means i have not able to continue work until I restart. The Mac has got OS Monterey installed with the latest OS updates. I use this machine for video editing and the way it’s behaving lately is frustrating work. Please any help with my problem will be well appreciated. thanks

Can’t connect mouse with usb cable while reinstalling MacOS Catalina Hi, I did factory reset my iMac and started to reinstall macOS. Can’t connect bluetooth keyboard and mouse. I tried USB cable to connect keyboard and it worked. But mouse is not connecting even with the USB. I am stuck at the stage of “select the disk where you want to install macOS”. I can’t select. Help please. Thank you.

Mac keyboard and mouse losing connection On my Mac (27") running Mojave my mouse and key board have both started losing their connection. These return after say 30 seconds but it is becoming difficult to work like this - any ideas for a solution? (the batteries have been changed). This is also happening on a second Mac (21.5") running Catalina.
