Mail rules have stopped working
I have a series of rules set up to filter my mail based on various criteria, for example to move all incoming mail to the address I use when signing up for marketing to go to a specific folder, all of which have been working fine for the last year or so since I moved over to a MacBook - that is until last weekend when they all suddenly stopped working. They all have the option to not undertake further processing on the message selected and are ordered to run in the specific sequence. Nothing has been amended or changed by me for months. I have tried renaming them, removing and reinputting them, changing the folder they move mail to, changing the execution order and rebuilding each mailbox since the problem started occurring without success. Short of resetting my MacBook I’ve tried pretty much everything. They will work of a fashion when manually triggered, but only process 3 or 4 at a time (there is no consistency in why they stop at the one they stop at so it doesn’t appear to be any particular rules or rules causing an issue) but no longer work on any incoming mail. Any ideas on the cause would be greatly appreciated!
